Where are you located?

We are located approximately one hour northeast of downtown Pensacola. 25 minutes north of downtown Milton, Florida. 10-15 minutes north of Whiting Field. 4 miles north of Adventures Unlimited. Approximately 25 minutes south of Brewton, Alabama. You can find us off of Hwy 87 at the following address: 7009 Creekstone Road, Milton, Florida 32570. What are your hours of operation?

We are open daily 8am to sunset. Please call in advance to be sure we are not hosting a private event or closed for the holidays.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. All guests are welcome to arrive early and leave late as long as all belongings are removed from the unit by 11am on check out date.

Do you provide daily room service?

We do not provide daily room service though we do provide daily coffee refills along with fresh towels & linens upon request for guests staying multiple nights.

Do you have RV hook-ups or sites?

We do not have any locations or facilities for RVs.

What is your smoking policy?

Smoking is not permitted inside any of the accommodations and is prohibited in all public areas on the property.

Is there swimming or creek access on the property?

We have nearly a mile and a half of Coldwater Creek flowing on the east side of the property. We have 3 large sandy beaches with direct access to the creek. The average depth of the creek is 1-2 feet with pockets ranging from 4-5ft. The creek levels rise and fall depending on recent rainfall. If you bring your own tubes or kayaks, you can put in at our north beach and float down to the south beach in approximately 30 minutes.

Do you need a 4WD vehicle to access your property or the creek?

Our primary roads and creek access areas are all accessible with most 2WD vehicles.

Do you allow guests to bring in ATV’s?

We do not allow the use of ATV’s by our guests.

Do you allow horses or any equine activity on the property?

We do not allow any equine activity on the property.

Are pets allowed on the property?

No pets are allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Are firearms allowed on the property?

We retain the right to ask any guest, at anytime, to leave the property in the event that a concealed weapon is exposed and/or discharged on the property. If you carry a weapon, please keep it stored properly in your vehicle.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your stay, otherwise, you will be charged the 50%. We make no exceptions in the event of inclement weather.

Are your facilities handicap accessible?

Our main building (Terrace), Eco-Design Cottage #1, Glamping Tent #3 & the common bathhouse in the tent area are handicap accessible. The gardens and creek are not handicap accessible.

Is the water at each accommodation potable and good for consumption?

All running water at each of the Glamping Tents, Cottages, Treehouse, Cabana & bathhouse are regularly tested and approved for drinking.

Do you have ice available on site?

We have an ice machine in the main building and allow our guests a limited amount of ice for free during their stay.

Do you have wifi on your property?

There is no wifi on the property except for limited service at the main building.

How is the cell phone service on your property?

Coverage can be spotty but is steadily improving. AT&T seems to have the best coverage, Verizon works pretty well, some of our guests have had trouble with T-Mobile and others.

Can I book the accommodations if I am under 21?

You must be 21 years or older to reserve any of our accommodations.

Do you sell firewood or can I bring my own?

We sell aged oak 35# for $7. You are welcome to bring your own firewood, or scavenge for anything dead and down.

Do you provide kayaking, tubing, or canoeing rentals or services?

We do not provide watercrafts or shuttling services. We are located 4 miles north of Adventures Unlimited, a well-known operation who have provided river related rentals and shuttling services for more than 30 years.

Do the accommodations have heat and/or AC?

The main building, cottages, treehouse & cabana have both heat and AC. The glamping tents are not climate controlled with the exception of 2 oscillating fans in the summer months.

Do the accommodations have private bathrooms?

The cottages, treehouse & cabana each have their own private bathroom. The glamping tents share a common bathhouse located nearby.

Do you have laundry facilities for guests?

We do not have laundry facilities available for guests at this time.

Is there a cost to tour the gardens?

If you are checking us out for the first time or staying in our accommodations, there is no charge to view and enjoy the gardens on your own.

When can I tour the gardens? Do you ever provide in-depth tours?

The gardens are open from sunrise to sunset. If you plan to come out on the weekend, please call in advance as we often host weddings and private events. We do provide in-depth guided tours for a minimum of 4 people at $7/per person. Please, call or email us to schedule a guided tour.

Is there a cost to use the creek and facilities during the day if I am not staying there?

We have a day use fee of $15 per vehicle to use the creek and facilities.

Do you have a restaurant on-site?

We currently do not have any restaurant services on-site. We do have a commercial kitchen and can provide in house catering for private events. Please contact us via phone or email for more information.

Where can I buy your fresh produce, eggs, and honey?

We sell the majority of our fresh produce year round every Saturday at the Palafox Farmers’ Market in downtown Pensacola. We also sell our goods on site and have the best selection available on the weekends when we are busier. If you would like to purchase any specific veggies from the garden we are more than happy to accommodate. Fresh eggs & honey are available for purchase daily.

Do you have any u-pick crops?

We do not have any u-pick crops.

Should I bring bicycles?

The majority of our roads are easily bike-able with ‘fat-tired’ bicycles. Beach cruisers & mountain bikes are perfect for exploring and enjoying the scenery.

Is fishing allowed on the property?

Kids (under 16) can fish at the creek without a fishing license. Everyone 16 and older must have a valid fishing license in the State of Florida. Types of fish in Coldwater Creek include: Large Mouth Bass, Catfish, Pickerel & Bream

What is the maximum occupancy of each unit?

We allow a maximum of 4 adults in each unit. There is no extra charge for children under 12.

Do any of the accommodations have TVs?

There are no TVs in any of the units.

Can I bring my own alcohol? Can we consume alcohol on the creek? Do you have alcohol for purchase?

You may bring and consume your own alcohol if you are 21 years or older. Glass containers are not permitted on the creek. We have a limited selection of local craft beers available for purchase.

Can I invite other guests to visit during my stay?

A limited number of guests are welcome during your stay. Please let us know in advance when and how many guests plan to visit. Extra fees may apply.
