Rebecca loves yoga and it shows in her smile. Classes are inspired by life and the unique challenges each of us face. Rebecca guides you to use your yoga practice to follow your unique spiritual path.

Rebecca began her yoga journey in 2010. Frazzles by life’s demands, yoga helped her to breathe again. Yoga was so transformational, she decided to become a yoga teacher and receive her certification in Costa Rica in the summer of 2013. Rebecca loves to incorporate mantra and singing into her class flows to help students connect to themselves and experience yoga on an even deeper level.

Saturday afternoon Slow Flow and Yoga Nidra:

Slow down your yoga practice with lots of yin-like poses and longer holds. Then relax deeply in a yoga nidra practice. Yoga nidra is a deeply healing practice where you lie in a state between being awake and being asleep. After practice, open your eyes to the open sky and experience a state of peace that is beyond words. Then take some time to journal in nature, visit the gardens, or take a hike on some of the nearby hiking trails.
