We are located approximately
- 1 hour northeast of downtown Pensacola, Florida
- 25 minutes north of downtown Milton, Florida
- 10-15 minutes north of Naval Air Station Whiting Field
- 25 minutes south of Brewton, Alabama

Dogs are allowed at our primitive camping sites: Stargazer and Creekside, Glamping Tents 5 & 6, and Luxury Cottages 3 & 4. We do not allow pets in any other accommodations with the exception of ADA SERVICE animals. Please refer to our full pet policy before bringing your dogs.
We allow use of quiet electric golf carts and ATVs, with permission. We do not allow the use of gas-powered ATVs or any unauthorized recreational motor vehicles by our guests on the property. This includes but is not limited to 4 wheelers, side-by-sides, gators, dirt bikes, or unregistered trucks or cars.
We provide guests 2 complimentary bundles of firewood upon arrival.
Please help yourself to additional bundles ($8 each) located by the Terrace in the firewood cabinet & inform management of amount used upon checkout by calling or texting 850-426-1300.
You are welcome to bring your own firewood or scavenge for anything dead and down.
DAY USE
Our grounds are only for paid overnight guests, having an event, or by appointment.
Currently, day passes are not available.
Please call ahead or book your photography session online.
We do offer wedding tours. Please contact us to make an appointment.
OVERNIGHT STAYS
We have nearly 2 miles of Coldwater Creek flowing on the east side of the property. We have 5 large sandy beaches with direct access to the creek. The average depth of the creek is 1-2 feet with pockets ranging from 4-5ft. The creek levels rise and fall depending on recent rainfall. If you bring your own tubes or kayaks, you can put in at our upper sandbar and float down to the south sandbar in approximately 45 minutes.
We allow use of quiet electric golf carts and ATVs, with permission. We do not allow the use of gas-powered ATVs or any unauthorized recreational motor vehicles by our guests on the property. This includes but is not limited to 4 wheelers, side-by-sides, gators, dirt bikes, or unregistered trucks or cars.
The luxury cabins, canopy cottages, treehouse, tiny house, and cabana are climate controlled. The glamping tents are not climate controlled.
All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy.
The total fee is required at the time of booking.
If you wish to reschedule your visit within 14 days of the check-in date, there will be a rescheduling fee of 50% of the total booking.
